This South Jersey Street home underwent a comprehensive gut renovation, transforming it from the foundation up into a modern, functional, and stylish residence. The project began with critical structural repairs, including addressing and correcting the home’s basement foundation walls to ensure long-term stability.

With a solid foundation in place, our team proceeded with a full interior demolition. This allowed for the installation of entirely new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including a new high-efficiency boiler and a discreet attic-mounted AC unit. The home’s electrical system was brought fully up to current code, and we upgraded insulation throughout for superior energy efficiency.

On the main floor, we dramatically improved the living space by removing several walls to create a bright, open-concept floor plan. Large new windows were installed to flood the home with natural light, complementing the completely redesigned kitchen layout. A major highlight of this home remodel was converting an existing bedroom into a luxurious master suite, featuring a spa-like bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet.

The basement was completely reimagined from a basic lower level into a premier entertainment hub. This basement finish now includes a dedicated home theater, a custom bar, and a personal gym. This top-to-bottom home renovation project showcases our expertise in blending major structural improvements with sophisticated design, delivering a home that is as sound as it is stunning.
