This project began with a vision: to create a bright, modern, and highly functional living space for this Ellis Ct home. The G2 Construction team, serving as the project’s general contractor, executed a complete gut and remodel of the existing kitchen and laundry room. This anchored a wider main-floor update, where our process involved removing all old flooring and trim to create a perfectly seamless and cohesive look from room to room. This foundational step ensures the entire floor feels like a single, intentionally designed space.

The heart of this transformation is the stunning new kitchen. It was custom-designed from the ground up to meet the homeowner’s specific needs, featuring premium, all-new cabinets, durable countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances. A key architectural decision was the installation of a large new window above the sink. This wasn’t just for light; it was strategically placed to frame the stunning mountain views, turning a daily task into a beautiful experience. The entire main floor was then finished with fresh paint, tying the entire renovation together.
