This project at Boyd Lake transformed a home's functionality and aesthetic with a comprehensive renovation. The primary goal was to create a more open and inviting living space. We began by strategically relocating the main staircase from the center of the floor to an exterior wall, immediately opening up the entire living area.

Upstairs, our team executed a seamless home renovation that included adding a new laundry room and powder room, providing modern convenience. We also refreshed the kitchen and installed a new, custom fireplace with a beautiful surround, creating a new focal point for the main living space. Finally, we expertly tied the existing flooring into new entryway tile, ensuring a cohesive and polished look.

The basement underwent a complete basement remodel to create a far more functional and versatile lower level. A full reconfiguration of the floor plan was achieved by relocating the mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate the new stair placement. The finished basement now features a dedicated home office and a stylish kitchenette, making it a perfect space for work or entertainment.
