This project in Silver Moon was a perfect example of our collaborative process, starting with a complete demolition down to the exterior studs. As the lead general contractor, we worked closely with the homeowner to redesign the entire layout, creating a fully functional new living space. A key feature of this renovation was the installation of a new geothermal heating system—a smart, sustainable investment that uses the earth’s stable temperature to significantly reduce utility bills.
From there, we built out three new bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a stunning bar and kitchen area. By managing every phase, from the high-efficiency mechanical systems to the final tile flooring, we transformed an empty shell into a modern, multi-use part of the home.
